Triple Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

​If you are looking for a chocolate oatmeal cookie recipe, this is the only recipe you need! Not only are the cookies soft and chocolately, they have the perfect crunch too. The hint of cinnamon along with the oats really puts them over the edge.  

Triple Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Makes 32-36 cookies


  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 ½ sticks butter (1 ¼ cups) (room temperture) 
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
  2. Line 2 large rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in medium bowl to blend.
  4. Using electric mixer, beat butter and both sugars in large bowl under smooth.
  5. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  6. Add flour mixture and oats and stir until blended.
  7. Stir in all chocolate chips.
  8. Drop batter by rounded tablespoons onto pans 2 inches apart. Bake for 14-16 minutes.
